Products usually ship 1-2 days after the order has been placed. Lattice, LLC is not responsible for any lost packages during transit.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Lattice, LLC within 14 days of your purchase date. All returns must be in new & unused condition in all original packaging.
Please email orders@lattice.supply with your order information and item(s) you would like to return to initiate the return process. Your refund will be issued when we receive your item(s).
ALL sale items are final. Sale items cannot be returned. Please contact orders@lattice.supply if you believe you may have received a defective product.
